Muon + Stripe
Connect Stripe to Muon to correlate revenue and subscription changes with product events, releases and segments — so a dip in checkout revenue can be traced back to what changed in the product.
What does the Muon Stripe integration do?
The Stripe integration brings revenue and subscription events onto the Muon timeline, so revenue changes can be investigated alongside product metrics, releases and segments.
When revenue moves, Muon already has the product context on the same timeline — statistics detect the change first, and the related product event, release or segment is offered as a likely-connected signal, not a guess.
Revenue and subscription signals, on the timeline.
Muon reads a focused set of billing events — enough to place a revenue change in time and link back to Stripe — never card details.
Revenue and subscription events
Successful charges, new and cancelled subscriptions, upgrades, downgrades and refunds land on the Muon timeline as they happen.
Accurate timestamps
Every event carries the exact time it occurred, so Muon can line a revenue shift up against a release or a product change.
Related metadata
Amount, currency, plan, product, interval and subscription status — the context that tells you which revenue movement this actually was.
Links back to source
Each timeline event links back to the Stripe charge or subscription, so a click takes you to the exact record.
From "revenue dipped" to "which change dipped it."
Once Stripe events share a timeline with your product metrics, revenue stops being a number with no story.
Timeline events
Revenue and subscription changes appear as first-class markers alongside conversions, releases and browser health signals.
Correlation with product metrics
Muon scores whether a revenue change lines up in time with a product event or release — surfaced with confidence and impact, not certainty.
Investigation context
When you open a Finding, the nearby revenue movements are already attached, so the money impact is part of the picture.
Insight summaries
Muon Pro can write a plain-language summary that names the likely-related product change behind a revenue shift.
What a Stripe-correlated Finding looks like.
Correlation is not causation — Muon surfaces the revenue change as a related signal with confidence and impact so a human decides what is likely connected.
